Arabic Teacher (Middle School) – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic Teacher (Arabic A) for middle‑school classes at GEMS FirstPoint School in Dubai, with an immediate start. The role involves delivering the Arabic curriculum to primary and secondary students and contributing to a vibrant, inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Arabic A lessons for middle‑school students, aligning with the school’s curriculum and assessment standards.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of achievement.
• Participate in extra‑curricular activities and school events to enrich student experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and support school initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature or equivalent.
• Qualified teacher certification.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience at primary or secondary level.
• Strong command of written and spoken English (IELTS 6 or above).

Required skills

• Solid subject knowledge in Arabic language and literature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to integrate technology into classroom instruction.
