Arabic Teacher – Primary School (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an Arabic Teacher for Al Rayana Charter School, an American‑curriculum primary school in Abu Dhabi, starting August 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality Arabic lessons, assessing student progress and contributing to the school’s collaborative community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Arabic lessons for a mixed‑gender primary class.
• Assess and record student progress using the Target Tracker system.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff and parents to support each learner’s development.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with students for whom English is not the first language.
• Commitment to the school’s values, high professional standards and the wellbeing of children.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Target Tracker assessment platform.
• Experience using CPOMS for parent‑teacher communication and safeguarding records.
