Arabic Tutor – Full‑time On‑site Position in Dubai

About the role

Syllabase Learning is seeking a dedicated Arabic Tutor to join its Dubai campus on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will work with students of varying proficiency levels, delivering engaging lessons that enhance reading, writing, speaking, and cultural appreciation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive Arabic lessons tailored to diverse proficiency levels.
• Develop customized lesson plans and curricula aligned with student needs.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Support students in improving their Arabic reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Promote a deeper understanding of Arabic language and culture.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Arabic language instruction, covering reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
• Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and personalized teaching strategies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Previous experience teaching Arabic at multiple proficiency levels is a plus.
• Fluency in English to facilitate bilingual instruction (preferred).
• A degree in Arabic language studies, education, or a related field.
• Passion for teaching and fostering a love for the Arabic language.
