Arabic‑Speaking Call Center Agent – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Call Center Agent to work the night shift in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience during overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in Arabic and English, responding courteously and promptly.
• Identify customer concerns, propose appropriate solutions, and aim to resolve issues on first contact.
• Handle complaints, service requests, general enquiries, and account‑related questions following established procedures.
• Make outbound calls when required to follow up on enquiries or provide updates.
• Verify customer information and record all interactions, actions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the relevant department or supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, company, and payment information.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or similar role is preferred.
• Availability to work night‑shift hours.
• Strong telephone etiquette, listening skills, and ability to communicate information accurately.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM, ticketing or call‑centre management systems.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate standard office software.
