Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone using approved scripts and resources.
• Create, update, and close support tickets while maintaining clear case notes.
• Assist with account updates, order status checks, and routine service requests.
• Enter and verify customer data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up on pending requests.

Required profile
