Arabic‑Speaking Community Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Community Manager to join our fully remote social team. Working on the Marjan account, you will engage with audiences across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and brand‑aligned communication in both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor comments, messages and mentions on assigned social channels.
• Respond to community queries in English and Arabic following the brand tone of voice.
• Maintain fast, consistent response times and log escalations.
• Escalate customer‑service issues, complaints or sensitive queries to the appropriate team.
• Identify recurring audience themes, sentiment and emerging trends.
• Flag reactive opportunities and relevant community conversations.
• Support moderation and reputation management across channels.
• Collaborate with the wider social team to align responses with current campaigns.
• Maintain community management trackers and escalation logs.
• Provide reporting insights on sentiment and audience trends.
• Help develop FAQs, response templates and community guidelines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media or customer engagement, preferably in an agency, hospitality, destination or lifestyle environment.
• Organised, responsive and able to handle both positive and negative interactions professionally.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is a plus.
