Architectural Inspector – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Architectural Inspector to join our Architectural Supervision Team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing high‑profile construction projects and ensuring that all architectural works meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with architectural drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on progress, workmanship and safety on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Identify non‑conformities, report them and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and site activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and finishing standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
