Architectural Manager – High‑Rise Buildings

About the role

Abu Alnaga Contracting is looking for an experienced Architectural Manager to lead high‑rise building projects across the UAE, overseeing design development through construction completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural activities for high‑rise projects from design development through construction.
• Oversee architectural teams, consultants, and technical coordinators to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Review and approve drawings, shop drawings, material submissions and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade and specialist consultants for seamless integration.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority requirements and international standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including managing high‑rise building projects.
• Proven track record delivering towers, residential, commercial or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong knowledge of high‑rise construction systems, façade coordination and finishing works.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM.
• Proficiency in Navisworks.
