Architecture Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Architecture Executive to support our architecture department in Dubai. You will act as the central administrative and coordination hub, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to completion while adhering to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day architectural design activities across programming, concept, schematic, and design development stages.
• Serve as the primary contact for architectural design matters from project kick‑off through completion.
• Review and provide feedback on design submissions to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational requirements.
• Assist in reviewing architectural consultants' appointments and facilitate mock‑up reviews and approvals.
• Collaborate with specialist consultants on F&B, wellness, public spaces, back‑of‑house, and guest experience elements.
• Monitor design deliverables, ensuring timely submission aligned with project milestones.
• Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and design reviews during development and construction phases.
• Maintain project dashboards, document control, and functional coordination with global brand teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in hotel, resort, residential, or mixed‑use projects.
• Understanding of design stages from concept through construction documentation.
• Experience working with architectural consultants, developers, or international design firms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination abilities, with a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of BIM processes and architectural documentation standards.
