Area Director – Middle East & Turkey

About the role

The Area Director for the Middle East & Turkey will lead Bacardi’s regional teams from Dubai, reporting to the Managing Director MEA. The role is responsible for shaping distributor relationships, capturing market dynamics and driving growth across on‑trade and off‑trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver key financial targets (NSV, gross margin, profitability, ROI, value share) against budget.
• Build and nurture the on‑trade community and strengthen off‑trade partnerships.
• Develop, implement and sustain route‑to‑market strategies with distributors and wholesalers.
• Influence country plans to align with customer and channel strategies.
• Monitor supply‑chain performance to ensure accurate shipment forecasts and uninterrupted market supply.
• Ensure optimal distribution and visibility of Bacardi brands across all channels.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with distributors and service providers.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of senior leadership experience in FMCG or alcoholic‑beverage sales.
• Proven ability to achieve financial and commercial objectives in the Middle East and Turkey.
• Strong track record of managing distributor networks and motivating partners.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
