About the role
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead daily fleet and field operations across multiple locations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing Operations Specialists, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving efficiency, safety, and service performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee fleet availability and ensure optimal utilization across all sites.
- Manage and coach a team of Operations Specialists.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse data and implement operational improvements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain high safety and service standards.
- Travel between operational locations as required.
Required profile
- 4–8 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, mobility, e‑commerce or last‑mile delivery.
- Proven experience managing operational teams and field operations, preferably multi‑location.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
- Valid driving licence and own car.
- UAE industry experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree are preferred.
