About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in freight forwarding to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across air, sea, and road/courier shipments and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, sea, and road/courier).
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow‑ups and excellent service.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate rates with carriers, agents, and vendors to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding (air, sea, road/courier).
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
