About the role

Tanami Properties is seeking an Area Specialist focused on the secondary market in Dubai. The role involves connecting investors and end‑users with ready‑to‑move properties, guiding them through purchase decisions, and driving sales growth in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell ready properties directly to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end‑users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven secondary sales experience in Dubai, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Self‑motivated broker seeking growth, mentorship and structured development.
• Demonstrated ability to generate business independently.
• Strong investment mindset and deep market understanding.
• Professional, ambitious and performance‑driven attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu or French are a plus.
