Area Specialist - Secondary Market

About the role

Tanami Properties, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage founded in 2015, is looking for a motivated Area Specialist for its secondary market. The company specialises in off-plan and secondary property sales, investment advisory and holiday homes, and works with developers such as Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC and Aldar. The specialist connects clients with upcoming projects, guides investors and end-users through off-plan purchases and maximises sales in Dubai's property market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell ready properties directly
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, end-users and developer sales teams
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI and market trends
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches and represent the company at real estate events
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals and networking
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required profile

• Proven secondary sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to generate own business
• Strong investment mindset and market understanding
• Professional, ambitious and performance-driven
• Mandatory English; Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu or French preferred
