Area Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Area Visual Merchandiser leads visual merchandising strategy across a large region of stores, ensuring brand‑aligned presentation and driving commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and guide Senior Visual Merchandisers and Visual Merchandisers across multiple stores, ensuring brand‑aligned visual execution.
• Strategize, design and oversee window displays, in‑store layouts and promotional setups, maintaining consistent visual standards.
• Collaborate with operations, buying and brand teams to align visual strategies with inventory, promotions and sales targets.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to drive visual innovation.
• Manage the visual merchandising budget for the area and report on performance.
• Mentor and develop visual merchandising teams, delivering training on brand guidelines and best practices.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of visual merchandising experience, with at least 3 years leading teams across a large region.
• Proven ability to align visual concepts with commercial objectives and drive sales.
• Strong analytical mindset for market research, sales data analysis and budget management.
• Experience in pre‑opening new stores and ensuring brand standards from launch.
