Artificial Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Marketing team and drive the practical application of AI across content creation, creative development, and marketing workflows. The role combines AI content creation, prompt engineering, automation, and experimentation to develop high‑quality, scalable solutions while maintaining brand and product consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine AI‑generated images, videos, audio, and creative assets for Marketing using tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, CapCut, and ElevenLabs.
• Develop and optimise prompts to achieve consistent, high‑quality results.
• Explore new AI tools and identify practical applications for the business.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive creative and marketing processes.
• Build reusable libraries of prompts, references, workflows, and best practices.
• Ensure AI‑generated content meets brand, product, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and other teams to turn business needs into AI‑powered solutions.
• Share knowledge, demonstrate new tools, and support teams in adopting AI.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI for image, video, audio, or content creation.
• Strong prompt engineering and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with multiple AI tools and platforms.
• Understanding of automation, APIs, or workflow integrations.
• Strong visual and critical eye for identifying AI‑generated errors.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable experimenting with new technologies.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in Marketing, Creative, Digital, Content, or Advertising is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
