Artificial Intelligence Specialist – Microsoft Ecosystem

About the role

We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Specialist with deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem to join our Intelligent Automation team in Dubai. The role focuses on designing, developing and deploying end‑to‑end AI solutions that generate measurable business value across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI and intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Engage business stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities, gather requirements and document technical specifications.
• Manage solution design, implementation and project delivery with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with IT, business and other teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Provide user training, support and ensure compliance with security, governance and enterprise architecture standards.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience delivering AI solutions from concept through production.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate needs into technical designs.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage requirements and drive user enablement.
