Artificial Lift Systems Field Specialist

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Artificial Lift team to operate and maintain ESP equipment in the field, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and client regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, run, inspect, modify and repair ESP pumps, motors, cables and related down‑hole equipment.
• Perform pre‑commissioning checks and tests to guarantee successful start‑up and continuous operation.
• Provide expertise for troubleshooting, safety precautions and related matters.
• Repair breakdowns and conduct routine maintenance on ESP equipment.
• Install, operate and maintain Y‑tool and VSD systems.

Required profile

• 5 years experience with ESP systems or 2 years with AccessESP/rigless operations.
• Technical degree (diploma or higher).
• Flexibility to work on a rotational basis.
• Experience in down‑hole installation and service troubleshooting of ESP systems.
• Product‑line training and industry experience in ESP technology.
