Assistant Buyer – Fragrance

About the role

Xbeauty is looking for a detail‑oriented Assistant Buyer specializing in fragrance to support its growing retail operation in Dubai. The role involves assisting with product selection, purchasing, stock management and sales analysis to drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Support fragrance buying activities, product selection and merchandise planning.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage purchasing processes and ensure product availability.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve product decisions.
• Assist in managing product profitability and commercial performance.
• Support daily buying operations to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as an Assistant Buyer in fragrance or beauty retail.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of buying, procurement and stock management processes.
• Experience with sales analysis and merchandise planning.
• Good knowledge of fragrance retail and supplier management.
