About the role
Support the daily operations of the Concierge team at a luxury hotel, delivering personalized and efficient service throughout the guest journey.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with reservations, transportation, attractions, itineraries and special requests, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities and local points of interest.
- Handle VIP and special‑attention guests with discretion, coordinating requests with relevant departments and ensuring follow‑through.
- Engage proactively with guests in lobby and concierge areas, anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences.
- Support management in training, coaching, evaluating and motivating concierge staff, and monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
- Communicate important information during briefings, such as VIP arrivals, guest preferences and operational priorities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related concierge or hospitality experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
