Assistant – Corporate Social Responsibility

About the role

Transguard Group is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant – Corporate Social Responsibility to join its Marketing team in Dubai. You will help design, coordinate and improve a calendar of health, personal development and entertainment activities for employees across the company’s accommodations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report the condition of recreational equipment, including gyms and pool tables, during monthly audits.
• Maintain accurate inventories of storerooms and ensure they remain tidy and functional.
• Create and manage a regular calendar of welfare activities, supporting major events such as the Olympics and Carnival.
• Promote CSR initiatives to maximise employee participation.
• Assist in planning, facilitating, analysing and continuously improving all accommodation‑based activities and events.
• Support Transguard in meeting its social and legal welfare obligations.
• Collaborate with external partners and sponsors when appropriate to enhance recreational offerings.

Required profile

• High School Degree.
• Minimum EPT 3 certification.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong time‑management abilities.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Good judgment and discretion.
