Assistant Designer – Fashion (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Designer to join our fast‑fashion team in Dubai. You will support the design department in creating trend‑driven collections that reflect our brand vision and meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the design team throughout the seasonal collection process, from concept development to final product.
• Research current fashion trends, colors, fabrics and silhouettes to inform design direction.
• Create mood boards, fashion sketches, technical drawings and presentation materials.
• Prepare and update design files using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Buying and Merchandising to ensure designs align with commercial and brand requirements.
• Support the preparation of tech packs, product specifications and sample reviews.
• Participate in fittings, sample evaluations and design adjustments.
• Deliver design work accurately and within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as an assistant designer (freshers are also welcome).
• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, colors and fabrics.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent English; Russian language is a plus.
