Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will support the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Director in executing strategic digital initiatives across CPG’s diverse restaurant portfolio in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery revenue growth on platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, and Keeta, monitoring performance and optimizing digital menus.
• Manage paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and delivery platform ads, handling budgeting, targeting, creative testing and performance reporting.
• Develop and execute content calendars, coordinate with agencies, influencers and production partners, and ensure bilingual English/Arabic content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Maintain brand websites via Webflow, update Google Business profiles and other digital listings, and support CRM initiatives.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports using Looker Studio, analysing data to provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in search, paid social, display and video advertising, with media planning expertise.
• Prior experience in the GCC region and F&B industry preferred.
