Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will support the integrated marketing strategy for Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai, focusing on demand generation, brand‑centric guest experiences and loyalty programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Create and brief content for creative agencies, including copywriting and photo/video shoots, ensuring brand compliance.
• Activate spa, restaurant and bar outlets in the local market, defining positioning and implementing event‑driven marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional digital marketing groups to launch multilingual campaigns across all segments.
• Identify and manage marketing partners to raise hotel awareness, drive demand and deepen loyalty.
• Support sales with marketing collateral and tactical promotions for key market segments such as groups, weddings and suites.
• Manage social media strategy, online reputation, and guest engagement while ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards.
• Assist with public relations, media relations and local partnership initiatives to enhance the hotel’s visibility.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Arabic is a plus for GCC markets.
• Strong internal and external communication skills and ability to act as a brand ambassador.
• Experience in event management, consumer trend analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Passion for travel and hospitality, with a proactive, innovative mindset.
