Assistant Facilities Manager – Wynn Oasis

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxury resort under construction in the UAE, is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for its Wynn Oasis area. The role supports the Facilities – Wynn Oasis team in maintaining building infrastructure and supervising technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise building technicians in civil, structural, mechanical and basic electrical maintenance.
• Conduct inspections and audits of plumbing, doors, windows, tiles, ceilings, lighting, and HVAC components.
• Develop and manage preventive‑maintenance (PPM) schedules and record activities in a CMMS (Maximo or equivalent).
• Prepare technician rosters, ensure coverage across all shifts, and lead training and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Front Office, HVAC, Electrical, ELV and Horticulture teams and coordinate with external contractors for services such as façade cleaning and pest control.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in building maintenance, civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in large‑scale residential or staff‑housing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of civil finishes and basic MEP systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, riser diagrams and layout plans.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CMMS platforms, preferably Maximo.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and MEP schematics.
