Assistant Finance Manager FP&A & Business Partnering

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Assistant Finance Manager to join the regional FP&A and Business Partnering team of Americana Restaurants. The role focuses on managing indirect costs across multiple brands and countries, providing strategic insights and supporting cost-efficiency initiatives in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for G&A and overheads across 10 brands in 12 countries.
• Develop driver-based models, prepare monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards, and analyse variances against budget and prior periods.
• Consolidate financial data from multiple markets, ensure accurate cost allocations and compliance with accounting policies.
• Act as finance business partner to corporate functions, supporting procurement negotiations, ROI analysis and cost-conscious decision-making.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, benchmark indirect spend and conduct scenario modelling for strategic projects.
• Leverage ERP and planning tools to streamline reporting, improve data quality and maintain strong internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CA, CPA, CIMA or MBA preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering or commercial finance, preferably in QSR, FMCG or multi-country retail.
• Strong understanding of indirect cost drivers and cost-control methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
