Assistant FP&A Manager

About the role

The Assistant FP&A Manager will support the Finance Planning & Analysis function by building and maintaining data‑driven reporting solutions, analysing financial performance and driving digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and automated management reports.
• Develop and maintain financial and operational data models using SQL, DAX and advanced Excel.
• Automate manual reporting processes and identify FP&A process‑improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Perform monthly variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and highlight key business drivers.
• Analyse sales performance by unit, brand, product and customer, and prepare P&L profitability analyses.
• Create flash reports, monthly management reports and executive performance dashboards.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, flag risks and propose corrective actions.
• Support business units with financial analysis, commercial insights and decision‑making support.
• Drive AI‑enabled use cases for forecasting, variance analysis and intelligent reporting.

Required profile

• Professional finance qualification (CA, ACCA or CMA).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
