About the role
An entry‑level management position supporting daily operations in Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry. The role ensures guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping operations, budgets, inventory, and lost‑and‑found procedures.
- Supervise inspections, guest room status communication, and coordination with Engineering for maintenance needs.
- Manage linen inventory, supply ordering, and ensure staff have proper equipment and uniforms.
- Handle guest complaints, review comment cards, and promote exceptional customer service.
Required profile
- Minimum 3–5 years housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Previous experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, flexible to shifts, weekends and holidays.
