About the role
Join the hospitality team at Waldorf Astoria Kuwait as an Assistant HR & L&D Manager. You will support daily HR operations and help create memorable guest experiences by fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs, special events, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems, update employee data, track employment transitions, and generate HR metrics reports.
- Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance, and promote a productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and local labor regulations.
Required profile
- Strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment and support a diverse workforce.
