Assistant IT Lead – Hospitality IT

About the role

The Assistant IT Lead will support the technology function at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, a luxury beachfront resort in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the IT Lead, you will help drive digital initiatives, improve operational excellence, and ensure seamless guest‑focused technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, and Digital Channels initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Develop and implement property‑specific IT strategies aligned with Group IT objectives and SLA requirements.
• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, proactively resolve technical issues, and mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with Group IT to ensure compliance with IT standards, cybersecurity policies, and data protection regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or hospitality technology.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, service‑oriented environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
