Assistant Manager – Content Production – Content & Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Content Production – Content & Marketing will create on‑brand copy for all Shukran loyalty touchpoints, including CRM, digital, social, in‑store and partnership channels, while also supporting day‑to‑day marketing execution for campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, the role works closely with the Content & Creative Manager and the Loyalty Strategy & Growth team.

Key responsibilities

• Own copywriting across CRM (email, push, SMS, app), social media, in‑store collateral and partnership materials.
• Translate campaign briefs into channel‑ready copy – headlines, body copy, CTAs, captions and scripts.
• Develop and proofread content in English and Arabic, ensuring linguistic accuracy and brand consistency.
• Support execution of integrated content calendars, coordinate timelines with agencies and manage publishing across owned channels.
• Write and localise CRM communications for different customer segments and lifecycle stages.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyse performance metrics and refine copy based on insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• 5+ years of copywriting, content creation or marketing execution experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, campaign‑driven environment.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
• Experience with retail, e‑commerce, loyalty programmes or FMCG is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing platforms (email service providers, push notification tools, CMS).
• Working knowledge of social media content planning and scheduling tools.
• Comfort with basic performance metrics (CTR, open rate, engagement) to inform content decisions.
