Assistant Manager – Credit MIS & Analytics

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a UAE national to join its Group Retail Risk unit as an Assistant Manager – Credit MIS and Analytics. You will work with analysts, statisticians and database managers to build and maintain comprehensive data platforms and analytical reports for the bank's retail lending portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly risk dashboards, MIS decks and deep‑dive analyses for the retail portfolio, tracking delinquencies and losses against budget.
• Assist in developing and validating loss‑forecast models for personal loans, auto loans, credit cards, mortgages, overdrafts and SME portfolios.
• Execute segmentation models for credit and collections, ensuring data alignment with approved segmentation documents and timely publication to stakeholders.
• Generate monthly portfolio updates, retention and credit line base reports, and analyse profitable segments for credit cards.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or higher.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in credit risk, MIS reporting or financial analytics.
• Strong knowledge of retail asset banking products.
• Good problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• SAS and other statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data‑driven decision making.
