Assistant Manager – Customer Experience (Employee Banking) – UAE Nationals

About the role

This role is responsible for enhancing the customer journey, improving service quality, and driving customer engagement to support business growth and sales objectives. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless experience from onboarding through product usage, promote digital adoption, and foster long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with sales teams to align customer‑experience initiatives with business and sales objectives.
• Monitor customer journeys and address service‑related issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop and implement communication initiatives that drive engagement, product utilisation, and cross‑selling.
• Identify and improve customer‑facing policies and processes for onboarding and ongoing interactions.
• Analyse feedback and service‑quality metrics to recommend actionable improvements.
• Support digital adoption initiatives and promote awareness of digital banking solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or experience management, preferably in banking.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, channels and regulations.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer‑feedback tools.
