Assistant Manager – Front Office (Residences)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for the Front Office of our exclusive residences at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The role focuses on delivering personalised, high‑end experiences for VIP guests and overseeing the lobby and Guest Relations team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage VIP arrivals, ensuring guest preferences and profiles are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate VIP amenities, welcome arrangements and room readiness for seamless guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Reservations and operational teams to fulfil guest arrival requirements.
• Lead lobby operations, supervising Guest Relations and Greeters to maintain a strong guest presence.
• Organise and oversee guest events and cocktail functions, handling attendance and operational logistics.
• Engage proactively with in‑house guests, gather feedback and ensure service excellence.
• Supervise the Guest Relations team, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office or luxury hospitality leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing VIP guest experiences and leading teams.
