Assistant Manager - Kids Club

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Kids Club to oversee and enhance children's activities at the upcoming integrated resort. The role involves planning engaging programs, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe, fun environment for families.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities, games, arts & crafts, and themed events.
• Welcome children and families, communicate schedules and safety protocols, and handle guest feedback.
• Guide and support Kids Club Attendants, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and child‑supervision standards, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage inventory of supplies, toys, and equipment, and assist with budget tracking and procurement.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for operational needs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in childcare, recreation, or hospitality, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of child development and activity planning.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
