Assistant Manager - Leasing

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Leasing will oversee the full leasing cycle for residential and commercial properties, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing tenants. The role supports the achievement of occupancy targets while ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive annual leasing targets by marketing available units and conducting property viewings.
• Pre‑screen and qualify tenants based on income, credit and reference checks.
• Prepare, review and explain lease agreements, coordinate renewals, expirations and terminations.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and availability data in the system.
• Generate regular leasing activity reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, finance, sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure unit readiness and smooth move‑ins.
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering strong tenant relations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Knowledge of local rental regulations and market trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with leasing management software and document filing systems.
• Familiarity with Tawtheeq/Ejari processes.
