Assistant Manager / Manager – Corporate Treasury (Financial Risk Management)

About the role

The Assistant Manager/Manager will join the Financial Risk Management (FRM) team to deliver treasury advisory services to corporate clients across the UAE. You will lead treasury strategy implementation, cash‑liquidity management and hedging solutions while supporting business development and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end treasury advisory services, including strategy design, policy formulation and operating model implementation.
• Manage multiple corporate treasury projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Lead project teams, motivate staff and produce impactful, client‑focused solutions.
• Stay current on corporate treasury developments and emerging best practices.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships to identify new consulting opportunities.
• Contribute to KPMG thought‑leadership by delivering innovative insights for clients.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of corporate treasury functions and cash‑liquidity management.
• Experience selecting and implementing treasury systems such as Kyriba, FIS, SAP HANA, GTreasury or ION.
• Proficiency in cash‑flow forecasting, cash pooling and financial risk modeling.
• Knowledge of treasury product pricing, accounting treatments and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to map client requirements into viable business propositions.
• Experience in pre‑sales support, proposal development and RFP responses.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
