Assistant Manager Marketing at Wild Wadi

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Marketing will support Wild Wadi Waterpark in delivering integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen brand positioning and drive commercial performance. This role works closely with senior marketing leaders and cross‑functional teams to create compelling content and campaigns across digital, social and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of integrated marketing and communications strategies.
• Develop and manage marketing content, campaign assets and brand collateral across digital, social media and offline channels.
• Execute annual public relations and social media plans, coordinate media activities and produce performance reports.
• Deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns, manage website and mobile content, and support brand audits.
• Support strategic partnerships, sponsorships, trade marketing initiatives and customer loyalty campaigns.
• Monitor budgets, process purchase requests and invoices, provide competitor analysis and assist in project delivery.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of marketing experience within a leading global luxury hospitality organisation or recognised luxury brand.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation, copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
