Assistant Manager Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager Marketing will support the hotel’s marketing strategy, ensuring campaigns align with Hyatt International’s brand standards and drive guest engagement. This role coordinates all marketing activities across rooms, dining, meetings, events and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that support the hotel’s rooms, dining, meetings, events, and brand goals.
• Manage the marketing calendar, keeping campaigns and content on schedule.
• Oversee website, social media, email and promotional content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Monitor and respond to guests’ online feedback, building positive relationships on reputation platforms.
• Track campaign results and prepare simple reports on engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to identify marketing opportunities and coordinate activities.
• Build relationships with media, partners and local businesses to increase hotel visibility.
• Coordinate photography, video and other creative projects while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality/tourism management or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to influence strategy with a creative flair and strong storytelling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 standards and ability to comply with environmental management procedures.
