Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the sourcing, attraction, and interview processes for new talent across its six international hotels on Yas Island.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Utilise multiple job portals and interview techniques to identify high‑quality candidates.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure alignment with long‑term business goals.
• Prioritise recruitment tasks in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
