Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition (National Talent)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead Talent Acquisition initiatives for Dubai Holding Entertainment. The role will focus on building talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting Emiratisation goals across our diverse portfolio of attractions and media assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment for key and strategic positions throughout the organisation.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines, especially for leadership and specialist roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to execute workforce planning, candidate assessment and selection processes.
• Coordinate candidate engagement activities, interviews, assessments and recruitment logistics to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Champion Emiratisation initiatives and contribute to building a high‑performing, nationally‑focused workforce.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a large, multi‑business environment.
• Strong understanding of Emiratisation policies and ability to embed them in hiring practices.
• Excellent partnership skills with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deliver results under tight timelines.
