Assistant Manager – Talent & Performance

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Talent & Performance will support the delivery of performance and talent development programmes for SEHA, ensuring alignment with PureHealth’s vision, mission and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Performance Management Programme, cascading methodology to all employees and supporting awareness campaigns.
• Support managers and staff with performance appraisals and related activities.
• Analyse training needs for managers and employees and contribute to learning needs analysis.
• Participate in planning and producing the annual facility learning and development plans.
• Provide consulting to managers on career development and prepare individual career development plans.
• Administer and evaluate management training, leadership and supervisory programmes.
• Support the Management of Leadership Development programmes, overseeing annual intake, aligning succession plans, and monitoring cohort progress with vendors.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in performance management, data analysis and reporting.
• Desirable experience in the healthcare management sector.
• Ability to work under the guidance of the Manager and Director.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
