Assistant Manager - Ticket Office

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the operations of its Ticket Office, ensuring smooth ticketing processes for the resort’s events and attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily Ticket Office operations and supervise ushers.
• Build, program, maintain and modify ticketed events in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot ticketing software and hardware issues, acting as the system expert.
• Monitor online sales, generate and distribute sales and front‑of‑house reports.
• Process executive, promoter, marketing and artist ticket orders.
• Prepare nightly and end‑of‑run settlement reports.
• Support scheduling, payroll and training for Ticket Office staff.
• Collaborate with producers, stakeholders and event hosts to ensure successful shows.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years’ experience in Ticket Office management, preferably with large ticketing partners.
• Ability to manage staff, work under pressure and handle a stressful environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and long hours.
• Comfort working with individuals from diverse cultures.

Required skills

• Ticketmaster platform proficiency.
• Experience with ticketing software and hardware troubleshooting.
