Assistant Manager - Uniform Control

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager – Uniform Control to join its Uniform Control team. The role involves managing uniform inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring uniform standards across all departments of the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update uniform stock records using Uniform Management Systems.
• Track issuance, returns, and adjustments across all departments.
• Assist in forecasting uniform needs and procurement activities.
• Coordinate fittings for new hires and existing staff, ensuring proper sizing and comfort.
• Monitor uniform condition, schedule inspections, and manage timely replacements.
• Track uniform‑related expenses and prepare usage and inventory reports for management.
• Supervise and mentor the uniform control team, supporting performance management and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5‑7 years of experience in high‑volume wardrobe operations, preferably with automated conveyor and UHF RFID uniform management systems.
• Strong organizational, leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/budget management.
