Assistant Manager - Uniform Control & Production

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager to support its Uniform Control team, overseeing the design and production of staff uniforms for the upcoming luxury resort. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end process from concept to delivery, ensuring brand standards and quality are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full uniform design and production cycle, from concept development to final delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and functional requirements.
• Monitor production timelines, quality standards, and compliance with specifications.
• Liaise with suppliers for material sourcing, sampling, and production scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, production status, and cost tracking.
• Support uniform fitting sessions and provide feedback for adjustments.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed during production.
• Prepare reports and updates for management on project progress and challenges.
• Report directly to the Director of Uniform Design for approvals and creative alignment.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in uniform production or garment manufacturing, preferably within hospitality or luxury environments.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textile care, and production processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with CLO3D (advantage).
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator.
