Assistant Nanny – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Assistant Nanny will support the primary caregiver in delivering attentive, nurturing care to children aged 7‑18 years in a private household in Abu Dhabi. The role includes assisting with daily routines, educational and recreational activities, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead nanny with children’s daily schedules, meals, and hygiene.
• Plan and supervise educational, recreational, and cultural activities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards proactively.
• Perform light household tasks directly related to the children’s care.
• Travel with the family as required.

Required profile

• Advanced Childcare Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Valid First Aid certification.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience.
• Experience with VVIP families is highly regarded.

• Tax‑free salary starting at AED 2,500 per month, increasing to AED 4,000 after two years.
