About the role

Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai is recruiting an Assistant Nurse for its Pediatric Ward. The role provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in line with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key responsibilities

Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, working with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with MCME risk policies, procedures and legislation.
Create a conducive environment that supports positive patient experiences, as guided by nursing leadership.
Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.

Required profile

Nursing diploma (essential).
At least two years of nursing experience, including at least one year of recent/current experience in a Pediatric Ward (essential).
