Specialist Emergency Physician

About the role

Mediclinic Welcare Hospital is seeking a Specialist Emergency Physician to deliver patient‑centric, evidence‑based consultant level care in a fast‑paced emergency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, ethical clinical services to patients efficiently.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality management standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of medical practice.
• Promote continuous professional development for self and colleagues.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree and a recognized specialty qualification/fellowship/diploma approved by UAE healthcare authority.
• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience at specialist level, preferably with at least 1 year in a Tier 1 country.
• Active, valid life‑support certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
