Assistant Outlet Manager - All Day Dining

About the role

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager for its All Day Dining outlet. You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop the Food & Beverage team and create memorable food and beverage experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and allocation of resources for smooth, efficient daily operations.
• Lead, mentor, coach and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the All Day Dining outlet and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Supervise, delegate and monitor team responsibilities while ensuring compliance with brand standards, company policies, SOPs and quality assurance measures.
• Promote a positive, collaborative environment where all team members understand their roles.
• Work closely with the culinary team on food quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor service standards, review guest feedback and implement corrective actions to improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Stay on the floor, engage with guests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Drive operational excellence and support initiatives that improve revenue, productivity and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Experience in all aspects of restaurant operations and service management.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume dining operations while keeping service standards and guest satisfaction high.
• Russian or Arabic language proficiency is preferred due to the diverse guest profile.
