Assistant Outlet Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Supervises and assists the Outlet Manager / F&B Manager with daily operations, ensuring service quality and product consistency across the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain accurate service standards and product consistency.
• Provide exceptional guest service, foster good employee relations between kitchen and dining areas, and lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of team members.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, regional, and local hotel operating policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum of two years experience in fine‑dining restaurant and all‑inclusive operations within a luxury hotel.
• Service‑oriented with strong guest service skills and the ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
• Strong working knowledge of loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications.
